RELAX in a modern, ecological, NZEB (Net-Zero Energy Building), eco superhome (healthier, sustainable, energy efficient home) - that is extremely well insulated and cosy warm.

The electricity and hot water is mostly provided by the Sun. Pure drinking water and shower water are harvested from the rain. Modern toilets and shower feed an environmentally friendly septic system, that incorporates a very clever worm farm and requires NO ELECTRICITY to operate!

Includes two separate bedrooms; a small lounge and dining room; large shower / bathroom area; toilet, hallway and large patio area with magnificent views.

All rooms are totally private and for guests only.

• Bedroom #1 - queen suite (large, extremely comfortable bed);
• Bedroom #2 - bunk bed (very comfortable double and single beds);
• Small living room / lounge with a flat screen TV, DVD, kitchenette and fantastic views. Includes a sofa bed that folds out to a very comfortable double bed;
• The kitchenette includes a continental breakfast with lots of delicious food to choose from;
• Large modern bathroom with vanity and spacious walk in shower;
• Modern eco toilet / powder room;
• Large balcony / patio area with outdoor lounge, large picnic table and magnificent views;
• The entrance to your rooms is via the lounge. A key is provided if required, for a small refundable deposit ($10);
• Very large parking area;
• Driveway from the house to the road;
• Access to any paddocks 'if' the gate to that paddock is already open. (Important - for your safety: 1) beware of electric fences and 2) do not open any gates to go into any paddock);

Note: when walking on the sealed road outside SHILOH ECO FARM, please DO NOT wander down other people's driveways or on to their farms. It is trespassing and potentially dangerous.
